Getting started

  1. 1. Pick a template from the Mock Library or create one in Template Maker.
  2. 2. Add your creative to generate a real-world ad mockup for a billboard, tram, retail display, or web placement.
  3. 3. Export your work through Deck Builder or a site-card workflow depending on what you need to present.

Save a new template

  1. 1. Open Template Maker and upload a background.
  2. 2. Position the creative area and build a preview.
  3. 3. Add the template details, choose its visibility, and select Save Template.
Edit

Update an existing template

  1. 1. Open the template in the Mock Library.
  2. 2. Select Edit template in the template header.
  3. 3. Preview your changes, then select Save Changes.
Delete

Remove a template

  1. 1. Open the template in the Mock Library.
  2. 2. Open the more-actions menu and select Delete template.
  3. 3. Review the warning and confirm the permanent deletion.
Edit and delete controls appear only when your account has permission. Team owners and admins can manage any team template. Editors can edit team templates but can delete only their own, while members manage only templates they created.

What is Mock Media?

Mock Media is a web app for creating billboard, transit, retail, and web ad mockups, then exporting those previews into client-ready PDF or PowerPoint presentation decks.

How do I make a billboard or OOH mockup?

Start in the Mock Library if you want to use an existing template, or use Template Maker if you need to draw your own placement area on a new photo or video. Once you assign creative, Mock Media can build a preview instantly.

How do I create and save a template?

Open Template Maker, upload the background image or video, position the creative area, and build a preview. Add a template name, choose who can access it, then select Save Template. The saved template will appear in the Mock Library.

How do I edit a template?

Open the template in the Mock Library and select Edit template. Make your changes in Template Maker, preview them, then select Save Changes. The existing template link and usage history are retained.

How do I delete a template?

Open the template in the Mock Library, open the more-actions menu, and select Delete template. Confirm the deletion when prompted. Deleting a template is permanent, and the option is shown only when your account has permission to delete it.

Can I batch one creative across multiple templates?

Yes. Batch Upload lets you add up to 60 templates to a set, assign a creative, and preview that creative across the full run in one go.

How does Deck Builder work?

Deck Builder takes your selected mockups and turns them into a presentation deck. You can add branding, reorder slides, and export to PDF or PowerPoint for approvals and client sharing.

What is Site Card Builder for?

Site Card Builder is designed for site-code workflows. Paste a list of site codes, match them to available templates, assign the required creative formats, and export a grouped run for review.

How do credits work?

Credits are used across previews and exports depending on the workflow. The pricing page explains the main credit rules for Library, Batch Upload, Deck Builder, and team/shared-credit plans.

Can teams share credits?

Yes. Team plans use a shared credit pool, which makes it easier to manage approvals and exports across multiple users.
