1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mock Media (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Illustrative Media Only

All templates, frames, and placements shown in the Service are provided for illustrative and presentation purposes only. The appearance of any billboard, transit panel, retail site, or other real-world location does not imply ownership, rights, sponsorship, or endorsement by the media owner or landlord. No rights to advertise on real-world sites are granted or implied by your use of the Service.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to creative materials you upload (“User Content”). By uploading, you grant Mock Media a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, display, and render your User Content within the Service (including generating previews and exports such as PDFs/PowerPoints) solely to provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your User Content is legal, non-infringing, and compliant with applicable laws, regulations, platform policies, and advertising standards. Mock Media may remove or disable access to any content we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, offensive, or harmful.

4. No Guarantee of Real-World Availability

Templates and locations provided in the Service are not an indication that equivalent media inventory is available for booking. Mock Media does not sell media or guarantee availability, pricing, or rights. You must confirm all details directly with the relevant media owner or vendor.

5. Exported Materials

Any mockups, decks, or exported files generated through the Service are provided “as is” and are intended for internal presentation, concepting, and approval purposes. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights and approvals before any public or commercial use.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Uploading content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or obscene.
• Misrepresenting mockups as confirmed media buys or official placements.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing templates or exports as if they confer real-world rights.
• Interfering with or abusing the Service, including attempting to bypass technical protections.

7. Accounts and Billing

The Service may offer free and paid plans with usage limits described in the product. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Subscriptions and Service Availability

Paid subscriptions provide access to enhanced features, but Mock Media does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, a specific level of service, or that the Service will meet your needs. We may add, remove, or modify features or content at any time.

In the event of downtime, errors, or disruptions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the Service or cancel your subscription. Refunds are not provided except as required by law.

9. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service (in whole or in part) if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service, users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including ownership, limitations, disclaimers, and governing law).

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mock Media and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or reliance on exported materials.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria, Australia, for any disputes arising from or relating to the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest changes. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
